    Corbin,

    BellSouth is corect - just send them the IP your hoster provides, and
    they'll set it up on their end. Generally, webhosts provide DNS, it may be
    easier for you to have your host do the DNS too.

    Internally, just create an A record for www and put in the same IP you give
    BellSouth.
