If not, I suggest you remove all the Netware components / IPX protocols

That being said, in your DNS servers on both the Win2k and Win2k3 servers,
check the properties and spelling of the forward lookup zones named
mainoffice.falcon.com make sure you have allow dynamic updates set to yes
(secure and nonsecure on Win2k3)
Verify that this is also the name listed in ADU&C for the domain name.
Run netdiag /fix

On a side note this server is unable to contact the WINS server listed.
