If you can tell me the URL I can tell you what is the names
server and IP address you should use.

OR

Go to the stand alone machine on the net, on which you said
you can acess the page very well.
On that machine - (only on that machine, and when you are
able to view the page) :

1. Start command prompt and type: nslookup ,press enter.
2. Then type: set timeout=5 ,press enter.
3. Then type: set type=NS ,press enter
4. Then type: the url of your site ,press enter

It will give you result, with Names Server(s)
The first names server listed in the results and
it's IP addres are the ones you should use in the
delegation.

Note: In the simple method you have to give the IP
address of your web page and not the names server.
Again on the said stand alone machine, start command
prompt, and type: ping followed by the url of your page
it will give you the IP address of the web page.
