    Have you checked your password policy for length and complexity?
    If your policy is set to use complex passwords You must have one uppercase
    letter, one lower case letter and one numeric or special character.
    Here is a few examples.
    Password1
    P@ssword
    p@ssW0rd
    P@ss W0rd
    Short phrases generally make better more secure passwords.
