DNS Replication

I am having problem here I cannot figure out. I have
changed the IP Address of a DC that also has AD
integrated DNS. I have done
ipconfig/flushdns/registerdns. Stopped/Started the
netlogon server rebooted, deleted the "A" record from
DNS. Still everytime replication happens it adds the
server back with the old IP address. What am I missing?
