Check to make sure the ClusDB hive is not corrupted. Since the resources are
located on the active node, I would suggest you Evict the node and then
re-join to sync the data from the Sponsor (Active Node).

I have a 2 Node cluster running Windows 2003 Enterprise x64 (SP2). The
cluster service cannot be started on 1 node. Now all resources are on the
other node. In event viewer Event ID 1094 is seen " Cluster service failed
to
obtain information from the server cluster configuration database. The
error
code was 1726"
