I have a two node cluster (W2k3 R2 sp2 and fully patched) configured
following the MS whitepaper. All kinds of failover (stop service, graceful
shutdown) tests are succesful. But when the node owning the resources is
shutdown by shutting down power a failover is not executed. The second
node
stops the cluster service and the entire cluster is unavailable until one
of
the two nodes is restarted.

anybody any idea?
