Are you aware of any vendors that can help me?
I cant believe this is so difficult. You talk to a vendor and they all insist you have shared storage, there is not much knowledge of this out there from what I can see.

The vendor of the "replication" software must support your setup in a
multi-site cluster in Windows 2008.
So talk to that vendor first

Guys,
Im trying to setup a split site cluster Windows 2008 using local disks and
then replicating via software
I got an IBM X3650 with SAS disks.
When I try to add the storage to the cluster I get no qualifiying disks
found.
I have a seperate array that I want to assign to the cluster, its not got
the system on or anything its blank.
Any ideas of the requirements for storage?
.
