So, did you delete the computer account?
No, the network name is registered in the DNS.
The error, to me, seems to be stating that the account exists in AD but the Network Name is not enabled to use the account. So, back to my statement, did you try to delete the computer account in AD? After all, that is what the error is pointing out as a possible solution, or to enable Kerberos authentication for the Network Name resource.
