I want to have a "Quorum Disk" in my cluster group but the cluster service
won't start after a reboot.

In the previous post I said i was NOTusing a 2 node MNS. I want to use a
quroum disk but i can't get it to come back up after a reboot successfully.
The cluster service failse to start.
