configure cluster services error 0x80070436

When adding a node to a existing cluster using the Add Nodes Wizard,
An error occurs when the Configure cluster Services event:
Error 0x80070436: The name is already in use as either a service name
or a display name.

There is a Service called "Cluster Service". Is this the service that
the wizard is referring to? If so, how do I remove it so it can be
recreated? Is there a way to do this that does not involve the wizard?
