cluster service won't start

ive setup a cluster server on server06, ran the cluster setup wizard and
created a majority node set cluster. i then added server05 to the cluster
using cluster administrator. after adding both nodes to the cluster i
started the cluster administrator on server06 and then after about 30
seconds the cluster service stopped. since then i cannot start the cluster
service on server06 and i cannot see the cluster (called ANDREW) in cluster
administrator when asked to open a cluster.

i can see the cluster ANDREW on server05 but cannot connect to it

another problem i am having that could be related to this, i cannot connect
to server05 from server06 using \\ipaddress but ping works fine, and every
thing works fine form server05 to server06, when i enable netbios on the
public network card on both servers i can then connect to server05 from
server06 using \\server05 but still not by using \\server05

any ideas
