Expected behavior. In an clustered Exchange 2003 config beyond 2-Nodes, only one EVA cam com online on any one node at a time.

My scenary is "active,active -passive" cluster Exchange Server 2003 running
in Windows Ent R2, one of the Active node can move group to passive node but
when I try to move the other one node to the passive node the exchange
resources does not start in passive node.
