It occurs if there is SP1 or SP2 installed.

The Node have the Firmware installed witch is supportet by the Storage
Vendor.

We have a Windows 2003 Enterprise Sp2 Active/Passive Cluster
consisting
of

HP DL380 with EMC CX 400. We are now experiencing the following
symptoms
if
we try and fail a group over which contains physical disk resources
they
won't move until the node we are trying to move them to is
re-booted.
The
re-booting resolves this for a short while however invariably the
next
time
the disks try to fail over the same error occurs.
