It is notthe CX300 that does this, it is the cluster service. The CX300
needs to be configured so that the shared drive(s) are accessible by all
nodes of the cluster.
Is it something clustering services included in the 2003 Enterprise
distribution are able to do? I'm afraid I may need some extra
infraestructure/software/license later.
and education and training on clustering...
A Server Cluster is not something that you throw together or wing it during the build process. If it is not built correctly, you will not achieve high availability.

This is not possible. The Microsoft model is a shared nothing model which
means only one node can control a resource at one time. It is not possible
for two or more nodes to access the same physical disk resource at the same
time.
I'll mount in each server a drive served from a SAMBA running on a
Unix box. SAMBA server should be able to manage it.
No, it won't. It certainly will not work with Windows server clustering, and SAMBA does not provide a disk locking mechanism like would be required to get what you are trying to do.
About the quorum disk, I didn't understand where that disk should be
located. Should it be created in one of the server, in all of them, is
it a LU in the CX300?
It is time for some serious reading and research. Clustering is not something you just pick up and run with.
