My question was not how to create NLB cluster, but how to run NLB cluster
in VLAN environment when such things happens around.

Hi,
you can use VLAN in NLB environment:
1) If NIC hardware vendor support and describe how to.
or
2) Using multicast IP (range 224.0.0.0 through 239.255.255.255)
