If this is a cluster, you will not be able to access the settings in the Component Services snap-in without having a clustered MSDTC resource online on the node that you are running the snap-in.

Chuck, the registry show Enable DCOM "Y" so it appears to be enabled in the
registry but not in DCOM mmc.
