RPC Error

OK, guys, if you have an answer, I would love to here it.

Situation: Cluster configured and built. User creates a new group and adds proper resources for a file share. Once the file share service is created and everything is running, the administrator tries to change permissions on the clustered file share.

Error: Upon clicking OK or apply, after changing permissions (add, remove, or change), an RPC error is generated. The error title is: Cluster Administrator Standard Extension The error is three lines.
Line one: An error occurred validating the cluster security descriptor
Line two: The RPC server is unavailable
Line three: Error ID -2147023174 (800706ba)

RPC connectivity has been checked as follows:
Ping of netbios name for DC and both nodes to and from the nodes and the DC
Ping of FQDN for DC and both nodes to and from the nodes and the DC
Net view of remote systems for DC and both nodes to and from the nodes and the DC
RPC ping back and forth between nodes and DC
Changed the network name to require kerberos and it created the computer account and joined it
Netdom Verify used to test both nodes
Kicked nodes out of domain and re-added them
Made sure Windows firewalls were disabled

I am out of ideas here. It appears that RPC is working fine.

Anyone?
