I am stumped... When i try and create a new clutser the service does
not start and then it deletes it self. I think it may be a security
issue I have followed KB articalhttp://support.microsoft.com/kb/269229
to make sure that the cluster account has the proper permissions. I
tried to use the domain admin account, when i use this account the
cluster install's with no problem and the service is running.

Something intreasting is if i add my cluster service account to the
domain admin group it still dows not work

Yes the cluster service account is in the local administrators group
and yes the nodes and and account are in teh same domain. I also ran
dcdiag and netdiag to make sure i was not having logging in issues or
an issue with my secure channel.

I tryed logged on to the console with the domain admin account and
logged onto the console with the cluster admin account. I also have
the server in its own OU where all domain GPOs are blocked. I am
still getting the same error and it will only work with the domain
admin account.
