Did you add the new user as Administrator of the nodes? Are the nodes in the same domain as the cluster service account?

I am stumped... When i try and create a new clutser the service does
not start and then it deletes it self. I think it may be a security
issue I have followed KB artical http://support.microsoft.com/kb/269229
to make sure that the cluster account has the proper permissions. I
tried to use the domain admin account, when i use this account the
cluster install's with no problem and the service is running.

Something intreasting is if i add my cluster service account to the
domain admin group it still dows not work
