The thing is the second node cluster is sucessfully added to the cluster,
but
the warning message comes up:

Status: 0x00138f The cluster resource could not be found.

Should this warning message be ignored?

For the Quroum disk how many servers is suppose to be ownership of the
disk
at a time?

You should probably open a ticket with PSS on this one.
