Sorry for the stupid question, but what are the advantages? Will it
take care of the IIS synching? I know in a cluster the machines share
a common resource, does NLB do the same? I have been researching NLB,
but I dont see any real comparisons.... how hard would it be to
"convert" my IIS cluster to a NLB cluster?

Sorry for all these questions, but for my production level cluster I
just want to make sure I have the complete picture.

Hello all,
I have an active/passive cluster using IIS6 (win2k3 of course). I am
having trouble synching IIS between the two. I have tried the VBscript
the microsoft recomends, and the "tool" tells me it worked, but when I
fail the cluster to the passive node, all of my websites are broken.
The quarum drives are transfering fine, and so is everything else when
I look at cluster manager. Anyone have any idea what is going on with
my IIS cluster?
Command I used as per MS' recomendation:
%systemroot%\System32\cscript.exe iiscnfg.vbs /copy /ts
destinationComputer /tu Account_to_connect_to_destinationComputer /tp
Password_to_connect_to_destinationComputer

I use my domain acct in the above command line, should I be using a
local admin one? Any suggestions would be appreciated. What good is
my cluster if I cant failover???
