It has to be on the SAN, local disk is not supported. Make you use R2 for
the OS and install the Print Management Console - way cool!
As to the size, find out how many users will print and what size files they
usually print and triple that number. Disk space is cheap!

I am formulating a plan for a two node A/A file and print cluster. The
cluster would be attached to a SAN.
I am thinking about placing the print spooler (Print) groups on one node
and
the (file) groups on the other node with failover to each node.
Is it best practice to place the print spooler group on a SAN attached
disk
or should it be local disk? Is there a formula to determine what the size
the print spooler disk should be?
Thank you.
