Dear Haroon,

Although in the past I have always created my own migration scripts, I havr
to admit that the FSMK is a great help for most of the current scenarios.
FSMK also accepts MSCS Shares as both source and target, so you are covered
here and it also optimizes the number of Share4s in the cluster:

the File Server Migration Wizard provides an option to optimize cluster
resources so that only the parent folder of the migrated folders is shared
as a File Share resource.

Just one caveat:
If you are using Local groups in your current File servers for setting NTFS
permissions, FSMK will not migrate the groups and the permissions for you.
In this scenario (Local groups), I have used in the past SecureCopy (3.x)
many times with great success. Now, it is available in version 4.07:

Supportability related:
1.- Is your hardware (both servers should be identical) in the HCL for
Cluster in MSFT?
2.- Is the whole Servers+HBA+SAN in the HCL of MSFT and compatibility

How many NIC are you using and how is your network backbone in terms of
HA?
