I would take a HP MSA 1000 Solution. FC attached Diskenclsure with an integrated FC Loop. Attach 2x DL380 Servers with HBAs and you have a good envionement. Alternativ take a Server, install W2k3 RC2Enterprise on it, install VMWare Server (its free now) and build 2x W2k3 RC2Enterprise Virtual machines and make a cluster config. Since RC2 you can install 4x W2k3 Enterprse instances without license problems.
