Default size is 512Kb, you need to change the size when defining the
LUN.
You can use Navisphere to Destroy the LUN, then recreate it specifying
the sector size you want to use.

Hi
I have just taken over a Windows 2003 SP1 blade server connected to a EMC
Clariion CX500. I requested one logical disc to be set up with 8K sectors,
which I as assured from the SAN guy had been set up, then someone else
configured the server and he has now gone on holiday!
When looking at system info it is saying sector size is 512 bytes. Is this
an issue with System Info, is it reporting something else or has it not
been
set up correctly?
Thanks
John
