Here is what you want to use -
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsserver2003/upgrading/nt4/tooldocs/msfsc.mspx.
Works great and keep the old names.

Our current file and print server is running on a Windows 2000 Server. We
are trying to migrate its file and print functions to a Windows 2003
cluster
(with the same name, ip, and drive letter). Is there a way I can migrate
the
file shares to the cluster without having to recreate them manually? I
found
an article - Q125996 - on how to save and restore existing Windows shares.
I
tried it but it does seems to work on a cluster environment. Any help is
appreciated.
