I would like to have a virtual machine with an OS(for example Linux) and run
this virtual machine over a cluster with two fisical machines with Virtual
Pc. Is this posible?

What do you mean over a cluster? You can cluster with VPC and iSCSI,
though Virtual Server is made for it.
