windows 2000 Mirrored Volumes

Hi There All,

Can anyone tell me where I can get a thorough or close to, explanation on
the Create Mirrored Volume Wizard. All the information I have read points to
Disk Manager and select Create Volume "then follow the onscreen
instructions". There are some fields in the wizard that I would like to
understand but none of the books I have or Microsoft documents I have senn
goes beyond the above.
Any pointers will be appreciated.
