You'll have to look to HDS for the ability to expand a LUN. After that, you
can take the downtime and use Diskpart.
If this were NetApp, you could use the snapdrive to dynamically expand the
LUN with out downtime or dispart.
On HP you can expand the LUN, but use diskpart to expand the volume.
