Hy,
Is there a way to make an win 2003 cluster with 2 servers and no
external storage (SAN,
NAS) only with local disks ?

Please stop asking this question. It has been asked several times and
answered several times.

You can NOT create a server cluster using only two nodes without shared
external media for applications that require physical disk resources.

You can NOT use MNS in this case, as you need at least three nodes to
provide a quorum and MNS does not address the need for physical disk
resources for applications requiring shared disk space.

You can use 3rd party stuff. Microsoft does not support third party clusting
solutions, you must get support from the 3rd party.

If you want to continue down this route, tell us what application you are
trying to cluster and tell us your business needs.
