RPC server is unavailable during adding the 2nd node

Hi guys,

I am new to work on server clustering. The first node was successfully
created but received error message "RPC server is unavailable" when
adding the second node. Followings are both systems configuration:

Server A: (cluster name: MyCluster, Virtual IP: 10.1.1.100, also the
First Node)
Public IP: 10.99.5.81
Private IP: 10.1.1.1
Primary DC
Windows Media Services
iSCSI Quorum

Server B: (intend to be joined as second node, but failed)
Public IP: 10.99.5.82
Private IP: 10.1.1.2
Primary DC
Windows Media Services
iSCSI Quorum

Can anyone help? Why I get this error since both systems configuration
are the same. What to do to resolve? Thanks!
