RE: Lost quorum

with clusdisk and the cluster service disabled and only one server booted,
can you see the disks in explorer? Will disk management start at that
point? Using dumpcfg from the reskit, what disks do you see? Also, what is
the status code in the event log when cluster fails?

| Cluster service won't start on either node, after I added a new drive .
| Think it's due to signature getting lost. What utility should I use to
| reset the signature on the disk. I can't find dumpcfg anywhere, and the
new
| tools don't seem to work (2003 resourcekit) dmdiag and clusterrecovery.
I am
| tryin g to restart node w/o cludisk.sys driver and cluster service now to
see
| if it can see the drives at leest. One other problem is logical disk
manager
| (disk config tool) won't start up.
