RE: Microsoft NLB

Hi Nalaka,

To compliment Rod's response. Have you had a chance yet to read the Q&A
for "How Does the NLB Load Balancing Algorithm Work?" of the NLB FAQ?
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/windowsserver2003/technologies/
clustering/nlbfaq.mspx

It states that NLB load balances incoming client requests, the algorithm
does not dynamically respond to changes in the load on each cluster host
(such as the CPU load or memory usage). You may find other Q&A of the NLB
FAQ very useful as well regarding additional questions.
