RE: Dive configuration on new cluster



We make the Q - Quorum 1GB, RAID10 will be great. You can just creat a file
share resource in cluster admin and make 2 separate cluster groups with
individual physical disk and file share resources for user and department
data. Make sure you have enough nics for Public and Private networks. We
team the public for redundancy and use online spares for the local OS disks
in each server. We leave the paging file on the local C, and leave the
Quorum for cluster use only.
If this is high availablity production you should have NIC teaming and
online spares, with blades this may be an issue. Good Luck!
