Failed to move cluster resources

Two nodes (Act/passive) Win2003, Exch2003.

Via Cluster Administrator console, I attempted to 'move' resources from one
node to the other, but it failed. I recall was something related to error
#53, but I didn't have a chance to get the detailed description.

I go to eventvwr on both nodes and no detailed relevant recorded there.
Is there any cluster specific log in which I can get the details on what
happened and detailed error message ? I tried twice to move the nodes and it
failed, therefore I am afraid to try this again.
