Is This Server Qualified To Run Windows Server 2003 In A Clustered Configuration?

My boss insists that our Compaq Proliant CL380 server will run Windows
Server 2003 in a clustered configuration, but I am unable to find it in the
Windows Server Catalog. Can someone give me a definitive answer on this?
