File and Print cluster Fails/ Stopping the Spooler restores

I have a Windows 2003 File and Print Server Cluster in Active/Pasive
configuration and about 1-3 times per day the Print Spooler Jams. If I open
Cluster Administrator, it populates the shares down to one certain folder and
hangs there. If I stop or restart the spooler, not only does the cluster
start functioning again, but the spooler never stops (errors out and
continues to show started). Does anyone have any suggestions why this
happens or what I can do to fix it?

Thanks,
Marc
