That might have worked now installing the HP LaserJet 4100 driver first and
the HP LaserJet 4300 driver afterwards, but doesn't mean you're not going to
have problems like it causing hangs or possible bugcheck blue screens at a
later date.

BOTTOM LINE: Is you should speak with HP Technical Support and find out why
the HP LaserJet 4300 printer driver doesn't install the first time correctly
on a clean install Windows 2003 Cluster Server.
