Are your Windows Shares configured as clustered resources or are the shares
just local to the one node? These shares have to be Clustered resources
along with having an also need to have an IPAddress tied to this share.
I've setup a 4-node cluster cluster running DFS, NAS and things failover w/o
    issues.
