Thanks for your respnse.
But I have setup the same environment at my HQ office on the same subnet.
However I was using a managed layer 2 gigabit swtich and the network had
several subnets, but as I said earlier I set up the local IPs and the cluster
IP on the same subnet. Any ideas/suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
