File Share refuses to come online automatically

We have an Active\Active Win 2003 Enterprise Cluster. We have about 7
servers on this cluster so far. I am noticing a File Share not come
online automatically when we swap the nodes and bring all the
resources on one machine or the other. This file share refuses to
come online automatically. You can click on it later and it will come
online. I have searched the path, everything looks good? Ay Ideas,
