Join an existing cluster

I had a cluster setup with 2 computers running windows
2000 advanced server and the were attached via scsi to a
shared disk array. i took one system down and did a fresh
install of windows 2003 server. the windows 2003 server
sees the cluster but is unable to join it. i need the 2003
server to join the cluster so i can upgrade the second
server. i recieve the following error when trying to join
th cluster: "The quorum disk could not be located by the
cluster service.
