You can use GeoCluster by NSI Software
(http://www.nsisoftware.com/pro/geocluster/).
It sits on top of standard MSCS, but allows each node to have its own local
copy of disk.
The only distance requirement is that the MSCS heartbeat still has to
traverse in 500ms.
