The biggest problem you are likely to encounter is if a single node is
hosting all the resources at the same time. SQL and Exchange work
differently, so you could see some serious perf issues.

>Hi, I want to implement a windows 2003 clustering solution with 3 nodes.
The first node in Active/Pasive mode with exchange 2003 installed on it,
the second node in Active/Pasive mode with sql 2000 installed on it and the
third node will be an alternate node to receive these applications in case
of exchange or sql failure and this node will have some services like DHCP
or web services.

Are there are any problems with this kind of configuration ?
