This statement is NOT correct. During Windows 2003 MSCS analysis the Quorum
Disk selection process follows Best Practices (not the smallest)
I mean, If yo have 3 disks 1GB, 30GB & 60GB, obviously Best Practices
recommends 1GB but...
...let us see an example that you can test with Virtual machines (VMWare for
instance)... Create 3 SCSI Disks (100MB, 200MB & 500MB). The Analysis will
propose the 500MB disk as it follows Best Practices.
And the Quorum is not installed till you click in order to proceed. Before
creating the cluster, you can change the disk suggested by the wizard in
order to allocate the Quorum in another physical disk or partition.
