Remove the 192.168.17.106 from the DNS suffix search list on
SATHDEV12, wrong place for an ip address. Also add the x.x.x.180 to
SATHDEV11 as secondary DNS.

Run ipconfig /flushdns and ipconfig /registerdns on SATHDEV12 and
netdiag /fix or reboot it. Also an unedited ipconfig /all from a
workstation would be helpful to control the settings.

Sounds like a possible DNS resolution issue. A number of things can
cause this. To help us diagnose specifically what it is, please
post the following:

Unedited ipconfig /all from the two DCs and from a sample
workstation. Any event log errors (EventID# and source name).
