We currently require a minimum password length of 8 characters. We are
going to enable password complexity very soon. The password complexity
setting says that it requires a minumum of 6 characters. If we keep our
current setting of 8 characters for password length and enable password
complexity what will happen? Will it only require passwords of 6
characters or will it work with our other setting and require 8 character
passwords?

Your minimum password length will work fine. Passwords will still need to be
at least 8 characters, but they must also meet the complexity requirements.
