Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

You should post a before and after ipconfig /all of the problem dc as well
as post the dns server's ipconfig /all of the dns server that allows this dc
to function properly.

Installing additional DC for new site

New site created using AD sites.


created another Windows 2008 core machine .this machine is on our new
site. set IP and DNS. checked nslookup everything is ok for promoting to
DC.

run dcpromo with script..(installed DNS and GC) everything run
properly. waited one day. checked dcdiag and all testing. everything is
ok now.absolutely no errors on dcdiag.but when i check replication
topology using AD sites it was shwoing some naming error. I neglected
the error as the new dc was functioning properly

now time to change to local DNS address. using command prompt utility
changed the DNS address to local. Now DCDIAG showing lot of replication
errors
