RE: NPS DHCP with NAP

I am having the same problem. Non-nap capable machine is getting full
network access when it should have restriced access. Logs show it as being
quarantined but it is not. DHCP server shows it as NAP being ON for this
computer. If I do a Repair or an Ipconfig/release and then a renew then it
moves it to restricted as it should be from the start. This is on an XP
notebook with SP3. If someone has an answer other than where this post
should be posted would be appreciated.

Hello,
what could be the reason that a quarantined client is getting a subnet
of 255.255.255.0 instead of all 255's
I can confirm that it is being quarantined from the security logs on
the NPS server.
To work correctly once a client is quarantined since he is not NAP
noncompliant he should get all 255's to restrict network access correct
?
